For generations, Manchester has been called home. The City of Manchester provides great opportunities and a wonderful quality of life for its residents. We pride ourselves as a safe and quiet community in which to live and raise a family. Manchester is geographically located in the triangle of Cedar Rapids, Waterloo and Dubuque, giving residents all the advantages of a small town, yet living near enough to larger cities to take advantage of the opportunities they may offer. Like many smaller communities, our residents make Manchester a special place to call home.

The City of Manchester has experienced steady growth in recent years with the construction of new housing subdivisions, a vibrant downtown/business district, and a strong industrial sector and we are proud to be recognized for the resilience and growth we have accomplished as a community.
